Make sure

First, make sure your cameras are mounted correctly. It should be about 8 feet off the ground, near a corner or in the center of a wall, to get a full view of the room.

Second, make sure your Camera View is set correctly. If your Camera View is not set yet, you can check how to set it here.

Select your camera

Open the KamiCare web application on your browser.

Select Manage Cameras from the left-hand menu.

You will see the list of cameras you have installed.

1. Select the camera for which you want to configure the view.

Simply check the box on the left of the camera name and image.

Please note the camera needs to be online.

If your camera is Offline, you can check how to switch a camera from the Offline to Online state here.

2. Click on the three vertical buttons on the right and select configure view.

This will take you to the Camera View Setup Page. If you have set the Camera View already just press the Next button. 

You can read about Avoidance Zones and hit Next again.

Configure the Avoidance Zones

1. To create an Avoidance Zone, press the Add Zone button.

A pink zone will appear. Drag the pink zone over a bed, chair, sofa, table, or TV screen.

Click on one of the corners to change the size of the zone.

2. You can remove an Avoidance Zone by pressing the pink Remove button next to the zone.

3. When you’re done creating the Avoidance Zone you can press Add Zone again or the Submit button if you’re done.
