Subpoena and Law Enforcement Guide

If you're asking for access to video recordings from a specific camera, please keep in mind that only the camera owner has access to these recordings through their YI Technology/Kami account. By logging into their account on our official mobile app, they can view and download all recorded videos saved on their YI Cloud or Kami Cloud Account.

For Legal Requests:

Please contact our legal department and include the following in your request:

1. Attach the court order and/or subpoena.
2. Provide a detailed explanation of the legal situation.
3. Include your contact information.
4. Use the following subject line: Legal Matter Escalation.
