Step 1 Installation

Unobtrusive AI-equipped devices are installed in residents’ rooms – all it takes is basic, existing infrastructure like WiFi and electrical outlets.

Step 2 Fall Detection & Verification

In the event of a fall, KamiCare hardware automatically detects the incident with 99.5% accuracy.* To verify the fall, an offsite expert remotely and securely views blurred footage. To protect the privacy and dignity of the resident, there is no personal information attached to the obscured video.

Step 3 Notification & Response

Once the fall is verified, care teams are notified via text, call, or email within 60 seconds. With assurance against false alarms, they can respond quickly and decisively to deliver prompt care. As a result, the resident experiences less distress and less time on the ground.

Step 4 Observe & Report

Staff can securely view clear, unobscured footage to determine exactly how and why the fall occurred. They can then accurately communicate to families or fill out incident reports as needed.
