Milestones

Founding

Kami Vision was founded by CEO and Executive Chairman Sean Da in 2020. After years of pioneering smart home security cameras through his company YI Technologies, he founded Kami Vision based on the belief that technology is instrumental for not only making care more effective but also more human.

Product Launches

In 2020, KamiHome residential fall detection solutions were launched. In 2022, KamiCare fall detection solutions for senior living communities were added. In 2024, KamiCare expanded to include the BedExit feature.

Accomplishments

Kami Vision now holds 60 patents, covering a spectrum of advancements in computer vision and camera technology. KamiCare is keeping assisted living residents safer in over 1,000 beds. KamiHome serves over 7 million users in 120 countries.
